Great service and very good quality pen and bed
The first cover lasted 1.5 days and the second a single day of my 40 GSD climbing into it to relaxing. They both just ripped in the centre making the dog go through onto the concrete where he then decided to chew on it. Its a pity and was hoping for something that would last.
Would work for a small dog like a pom or terrier but yeah doesnt work for medium to large dogs in my experience with two covers having the same issue very very quickly.

The heavy duty dog bed hammock arrived pretty quickly but unfortunately was a defective product. The bolts for connecting the four parts of the stand went in to 2 of the screw holes by hand. However the remaining 2 bolts would not go in to the other 2 holes, either because the holes were too small or the thread for a screw had no been properly done. As a result I was unable to assemble the bed and wasted a lot of time on it. It was not worth the cost of posting it back so I have given it to a friend to try to fix it.

Dogs could lay in it fine, but claws easily scratched holes in it
